ever since we got conned into changing to a "cheaper" plan, we've been paying like $400-600 MORE for our phone bill...
one of the plans was suppose to have changed 2 months ago, but it didnt!! so now i have to call up and tell them off for doing that to us AGAIN
but all i get is the machine...
"Hello, I'm Lara. I'm here to help you. All you have to do is talk to me! In just a few words, tell me what you want to do."
"You want to make an account enquiry? Is that right?"

ARRRGGHHH!!!! i did that twice and got nowhere! cant i talk to a human?!?!
shouldn't it concern you more that your telephone company is having problems with their telephones.
aren't they supposed to be the experts...yet they can't get their own telephone service to work.
"sorry but the telephone company you have reached is out of order or no longer in service or has been changed. please check your number and try again. ohhhh and by the way, this is a recording"
