I think the burn one was the worst...
because I've only seen what happens when you pour a stock pot of boiling water on yourself...

*someone* cleaned up grease after emptying the grease traps...
mopping them only makes them more slippery...
then *someone else* walked by with hot stock pot, and slipped.
