well clerics are the only class that can lvl anywhere as long he has a party strong enough to grind there.
For example: when i was 4x i leveled in: mt, vt, gc, cp, uru, aew and fos. dungeons not included
so just lvl where your party is leading u
, and when u have to(?) solo just kill what u think is best.
