First you need to learn the Potion Production skill first. Press k and it'd open up your skill list. Click to Alchemy and click the tab at the bottom. Choose potion and learn it. -NOTE- You can only learn 2 out of 3 of those skills.
Next go to the skill lady. Click the Alchemy tab. Buy the HP potion skill. Then click next next and anothet next you'll see more HP potion skills. Buy those. Then leave shop learn the skills.
