Go to GC and duo with a cleric. My archer can take out 5 goblins soloing without stones/potions 1 by 1 at level 35, shouldn't be a problem for someone duoing.
Well Hess Fly's idea actually worked for me. Back when I was lv 28 I went to CP and shouted that I needed a party then Oriondel-----Somethign something from Collision partied me and said that I just stay in my house and he'll take care of the rest. that got me up to 30.
But those are rare chances. Work hard do quests, which I never did until lv 37 when i realized how much xp they actually gave!
