Whats the best char for soloing?

Fighter or Cleric.

As for which of those two is better, look at these facts:

Cleric is infinitely easier to solo, not to mention more cost efficient BUT you kill sloooooooooow.

Fighter kills fast and isnt neck deep in crap even if accidentally aggroing multiple enemies, however it will negatively affect your money because of stones/pots.

Archer is not cheap to solo with unfortunately. What you get in the field of battle is usually 90% used back on stones.

For me, soloing on my cleric is easier than soloing on my archer. My cleric makes pots so it's almost like non-stop grinding for him.

I shroom a lot with my archer so after a couple of monsters, I will go shroom for 10 seconds. But I'm not a big stone/pot user.

Yeah, fighter or cleric... clerics have the potential to solo at higher level mob without burning too much stones....

while fighters could kill faster but only yellow mobs only... i think anything higher you'll end up burning a lot of stones...

If you have +9 weapon... cleric isnt too bad! but if not... probably fighter....

Well, when it comes down to it, all classes use up stones/pots a lot when soloing. Thats why I hate soloing on my mage. I use all of my HP stones in no time.

I'd say a +9 using Axe Fighter. While Fighters certainly can't heal themselves, mobs certainly won't be alive or remain unstunned long enough to matter.

Archers would be much better at soloing if they had the same evasion rates as their BK counterparts. I think.
