Not bad. For a signature like this, I'd recommend a border (1px black, or you can get creative). The text is all too uniform - I recommend separating your subtext from your main text. Vary the sizes, the font face, the color, etc. I don't really like the effect on the background.
It's plain, but it's not bad.
