Tournaments Won: 51 In-Game Name: Hessah / Ble~ehs Current Level: 91 / 85 / 79 / 65 / 28 Server: Teeeeeee-vah Posts: 9,581	Weakened Ogre License I was just reading Wiki, and it said that Weakened Ogre's license only goes up to 60% dmg with 3% crit... is that true?!?!?! i've always thought that all mobs in CP/SEG can get the license up to 70% dmg 4% crit... (coz Harkans get up to 4% crit...) Isnt Harkan considered lower level than Weakened Ogres?? Can someone please confirm if i can get Weakenered Ogre license to +4% Crit?
