i just checked some of the files myself. that list is quite wrong. the numbers dont have anything to do with the requirements to achieve the the titles.
also, just because the files are in the client means jack. they have to be implemented server sided for you to achieve them, and i really think a lot of them aren't.
most of the info is server sided, so looking through the game's files only does so much.
