nono.. stammerer is when u didnt talk for a few hrs... (4 hrs according to wiki)
it doesnt matter if u're vending or not for Stammerer title.. but all other silence/quiet title after that requires u to be not vending...
Shouting titles are Announcer, broadcaster etc...
