I think you should talk to your parents. Keeping it all in to yourself really won't help your situation, if you want to find a way to cope properly. School counsellors are there for a reason. Although I've never talked to one before, I heard they do help.
As for your friends copying your homework, you will need to find a way to say no. I know it's hard to say no without them disliking you for it, but hey, they'll have to get used to it. I don't like my friends copying off me either. I sometimes let them copy, I make sure that it doesn't happen all the time.
