Yep, it's illegal, unless it's a private server then you don't have to pay. Asia Fiesta, or Shine Online/Bright Kingdom in Asia requires you to pay in order to play, in Asia it's P2P. I know this well
. I am born in Asia, played Asia games, moved to US, then find out US version of the games I play are free instead of P2P in Asia. Finally...again..yes..it's illegal, but I don't think they'll sue you if you are playing the game illegally without paying to play, they'll just ban you forever and not even to be able to touch the game in that version ever again. I checked the official sites in Chinese, Shine Online/Bright Kingdom is P2P
