What do you guys think about monthly payments? I've been really wanting to get a computer for a long time but saving up is such a pain. It's going to take me quite a long time to save up enough money to buy a computer up to my standards. So I was wondering what do you guys think about Dell Monthly Payments? Specifically this one:
http://www.dell.com/us/p/xps-8300/pd...el_id=xps-8300 (comes with a 21.5" monitor). So that's about $1000. If you look at this:
http://www.dell.com/content/topics/s...dpa_pricepoint it shows that if I pay an extra $50/month, which then totals to $80, which is something I can easily pay, the computer will get paid off in 2years for only about $200extra. Do you guys think it's worth it to purchase that and pay it off in 2 years or just save up and not have to worry about payments after I've purchased it?
Also, not sure if it matters but my dad bought our current computer using that method and paid it all off.
