Set Item Effect Percentages
So this has always bugged me, and now that I can finally do some editing of the wiki I would like to know where people pulled the data for the effect percentages listed. I've done plenty of testing, time, number crunching and the stated percentages in game of 20/25/30 have always held true. Also I have a viewer to look at the game files and they don't have them listed as the reduced percentages that are on the wiki. I want to adjust these but figured I'd post here and wait a day or two before doing so. Also I saw how the image files are supposed to be named but I didn't see if there is anything specific about sizing, where they can be hosted from and all that. Do they shrink down automatically? I'd like to add in some of the missing sets, effects and data but don't want to do it without the images.
