I've been using Free Audio Editor... increase the volume and save it as .wav (doesn't let me save directly to mp3 unless I pay) > convert it to mp3 > playing it in winamp. BUT!! Amplifying by 300% only makes a TINY difference when I play it using winamp. But when I play it using stuff like.. VLC player, it's actually a LOT louder. So why is my winamp not playing that volume difference properly? @_@ __________________ =)
