Yeah, try getting to level 20 first. Then AFTER getting the quest from Grand Master Sean, kill anything around him (I suggest a Phino, closest ^^) and find the key. Then, when you're ready, head on into the Shadow Dungeon by talking to Sean again. Good luck!
