Suppose you have two people in a game in which whoever spends the most time playing will win(I.E. it's neigh impossible to lose).
So the first person plays and gets a score and the next person beats it and so on.
Now let's say person A has played 4/5 rounds to reach a good score to win. The person B plays the 4th round just so he won't get DQ'd and to have(if neither play) person A need to play before him.
Basically if one person has a lower score but doesn't have to play before the other person he could just wait until one got DQ'd...In this sense people would wait the entire round back and forth making one tourney last a month.

I don't agree with it either, but it is how the program is set up. Not even Entropy can change it.
And some people have made tournaments last forever by doing that. Each one is hoping the other one will forget and get disqualified.
Unfortunately, it is not something we can change.
