He's too slow even in the right hands... He is more of a counter character. Since his moves are slow, it's probably best to wait, until your opponent attacks, so that you can hit him in that lag when your opponent misses. But against a Meta Knight, whose moves rarely have any lag if they miss, you will probably lose. I'm not saying you will lose all the time, but there is a high possibility that you will lose a lot.
Now if you hack brawl, maybe he can be pwnage.
But then again, MK still owns.
Though, I like Snake more than MK.
