Unless you target a single individual and kill them repeatedly to a point where they can't even leave then that may land you in jail. But otherwise the most you'd get is one more person hating you and possibly cussing you out.

And about this Loveless...are you sure? Then I could report this mage that kept on killing my lvl23 archer for more than 20 times in a row :/
I'm sure it wasn't just me he killed like that...so many people in lvl20 abyss have grudge against him. If he could be sent to the jail, that'd be nice
