Mace or Hammer. It's preference but if you want damage then Hammer is the choice. This may also be the case if you're mostly END as well. Since you've already got yourself a Mace you can stick with that but keep in mind that you have to choose between the two weapons unless you plan on learning both Trip and Bleed.
Hammer: More damage and critical %; less aim and is slow
Mace: More aim and is faster; less damage and critical %
You can fix the aim issue of the hammer with an aim scroll. And the hammer will always outdamage the mace unless you are using +0 NPC hammer vs a +9 "godly" mace.
Not sure about the armour. You can look it up in the wiki too.
In terms of END. After 50 points into END the block rate goes up by a miniscule amount. By then it's probably better to get END from equipment and vitality/shield scrolls rather than stats. You can from there go purely STR or a ratio of STR:SPR until SPR hits 25.
