Heres basicly what it means...
all lvls welcomed but to get a higher rank in the guild u have to at least b lvl 15. oh also the guild has been getting some people lately so if u want to war in it b at least lvl 20 for your safty and to be the apropreite lvl for a guard so yeah check it out some time the reason i was not there the last couple of days was because i was out of town just saying.
