awww you guys are lucky,
here in the UK your not allowed to learn to drive until your 17, but you can get your permit up to 3 months before you turn 17, so generally i hope to be driving this time next year fully licenced
but still it sucks...cause insurance for me is around £1400 cause i'm a guy...so its also expensive...
