Description: Attack time for skill says 20 seconds but in game only last for 3-5 seconds

I know people complain enough already about how Mages are the PvP class, up there with Axers, but a 20 second fear? That just seems a
bit overkill 'doncha think. How out of touch with a game do you have to be to think that any class can compete with a 20 death-sentence if it was ever implemented.
