seriously though, using THAT many exclaimation marks is not nessesary, in fact, some people may find it annoying, because it appears to be like shouting, and ur message is the same even if u exclude the exclaimation marks.
on topic: i dont really see a difference in the servers, but i heard that teva is populated and encounters the most downtime/errors
