i entirely agree, i think another problem is that they arent being clear enough with the rules and they are not punishing people enough. sure stopping the event is punishment but it affects everybody trying to participate, not just the noobs/spammers
to solve the rules and event info they need to add a link to the forums directly in the game, the beginer guide and the cash shop are directly linked to the internet, just via a built in browser
the punishment should be an hours or so in the prison place
off the top of my head but it would work, if they are in the prison they cant do the event
