Quest start items that monsters drop

I am on the outspark version, didn't know there was any other versions.
I went to the vegan goblin in goblin camp and he has no quest or anything when i get there.

The blue light heart looks like a blue light bulb for the icon in my inventory
Dark eyes looks like an eyeball and the center is purple
Tattered letter looks like a invitation only it is tattered
