The Off-Topic section are for any discussions/topics that are not directly related to Outspark or the games, but the Forum Rules and Terms of Service still apply there.
We do not allow links to videos or sites that are not related to Outspark because it's A) Advertisement of a non-OS related site and B) for the protection of the people on the forums. People can easily mask links and redirect users to dangerous sites. This is why we have to limit them to sites/video links that have some affiliation with the site and games, or is OK'd by Outspark .
