Well there's 2 ways to go about it.

The most common way is to download a DS emulator program onto your comp and that program will then simulate a DS. You can get these really easily by just searching for 'DS emulator' or something. You'll have to then go to a ROM-site (ROMs are what they call games that they make playable on Emulators) and load the ROM up on the program.

Trouble is that emulation for the DS is still kinda sketchy unlike some other gaming systems. Some emulators will work with some games, chance of getting random bugs, etc.

The other way is to download the game onto a flash-card like-thing (don't kow much about this, explained well though on web-sites) but that requires you to have both the DS and a suitable card.

So if you want to try playing it on your computer which is what most people do with this kinda thing, just search for 'DS emulator' on Google or something. ROMs for popular games are easily found too.
