I am so confused! I created a cleric because i really loved it when this random player would show up and give me this great buff that i was totally not expecting. I so wanted to do that! Now I am level 19 and can only seem to buff other players who are in my party!!!!
I just can't seem to figure it out. Please help! and if you wouldn't mind please be simple and complete in your answers...I'm new to the whole gaming thing.
