I had that and I dont use Vista... not sure if it has much to do with Vista patch...
well for me, i just clicked somewhere to "walk" and i ended up back next to storage keeper in elderine...
one of my guildy had the same thing, he was decomping then started sliding out of the map LOL! still decomping...
