My single-target heal even lvl 68 is still Heal[10].

When I clank AoE, I run, heal, run, heal, run, heal, recover, rejuv, heal, restore, heal and then just heal or whatever until the mob is dead.

The only time I really use rejuv is when people are taking loads of damage, but I never let their health drop that low in the first place.

Quicken + Invince[07] ftw.
Since Outspark doesn't really seem to have any intention of increasing the number of Heal skills, and they're going to raise the cap to 89 soon, I think rejuvenate will become the primary single-target heal. After all Heal[11] is supposed to become available at lvl 65? (Correct me if I'm wrong). So while Heal[10] might be doing the job for you now, it soon won't.
