Yeah, shouting is okay for now, but once the community grows and people needing to sell a lot more things, shouting is going to be a pain as people will be tempted to spam (take FlyFF, for example), that's why I prefer that selling/trading would not rely on shouting too much. Haven't shouted much in game yet, but is there some sort of a limit to stop people from spamming?

Well since shouting is world wide without cs items (I'm quite surprised btw about that) I think that the limited slots are fine. Because you can still trade fairly easily with shout. If the number of slots open for buying/selling does rely on houses, most likely the larger ones (if not all) will be cs items

Shouting isn't worldwide it's restricted to the map you're on. Party chat and guild chat are global though.

at first i think it was global but then it went to map only only @_@ i was so sure it was global at first but i am definitely sure at the end of of cb1, it was only for the map....

ugh, that means there will be a cs item to global shout. I thought there was something weird at the end of CB1, but I thought it was my imagination.

dude heh i hope not global chat is really annoyin...i think the chat based on maps is perfectly fine...we dont really need spam from other maps...interfering with chat goin on with chats on other maps

But an Auction house would help control /shout market spamming..

well, we'll find out if there is a house for more slots in the buy/sell stores. But I wonder what else a house could give...higher recovery rates, possible more slots in stores....status effect eliminated? invisible to agros? So many possibilities !
