A Post Production PROBLEM..plz help

Long story short...I have NO idea where to purchase the scroll skills. WHERE ARE THEY!?!

You can purchase them from Skill Master Ruby in Roumen. Click the Alchemy tab (first one the right), and you should see the recipes of the scrolls. You might need to click the arrow on the bottom right to go to the next page for more skills.
