Yeah I've been going to the gym 4 times a week since
the beggining of summer, but just recently in like the last 3 weeks I've been going every day ... bein a smoker it really makes me feel healthy haha :P And I go for a run around the block twice every night.

I always say that. I also always say, "I'm not going to eat/drink this anymore after today." or "I'm changing my diet to a healthier diet!"

I never do it though. I say it every day to myself.
