EDIT: I tested it and it does seem to accept incoming connections, at least for a very short period of time. I'm not going to reveal how to do it though, because I'm already pissed off at how much the internet sucks at night. Nothing against torrenting or you, but my ping in casual gaming spikes from 20 to 800.

POMGOMMG!1 i know i know!!!

Sometimes, when I'm playing LoL at night, my ping goes craaaaaaazy on me. At first, I thought it was because my roommates were streaming bio/chem lectures. But then I played LoL at around 3am in the morning when all my suitemates were asleep and no one was probably watching bio/chem lectures and it would still jump from like 70 ping to 900+++++ ping... @_@_@_@__@@

But yeah. internet has been so annoying this year. A LOT worse than last year.
