Only part I would like to mention.
Bash will be the cleric's strongest "spell" up to level 80.
Bleed and Trip will ultimately end at around 500 bonus damage, whereas Bash will be at around 800 damage.
Beyond 80, I have not seen the skills available, so I can't speculate much.

though i've found it occasionally useful.
If you plan to solo at any time at all points into bash power is useful...do not put into CD for bash as it is more useful put into power.
I have'nt put any points into revive CD though some swear by it for KQs.
Save some points for sp cost for restore as it will come in useful and enpowering duration of invincible is suggested.
my suggestion is now for lvl20-30 is to save those points and see which skills you end up using most and enpower those(besides the buffs are they useless enpowering) Try o save some points for the skills you get later.

LISTEN TO THE MAN! 8D
Here's what I've empowered (pretty much the same as Ivra):
- Heal - 5 points for SP: This is just... awesome. Seriously, I like it because I don't have to go back to restock so often, and it saves like, 50% of SP usage. I also love it because I'm often very poor myself, and having to buy 50+ SP stones twice as often will really kill my wallet. If you have the money and stuff, I guess you don't really need to... but Heal is the skill that I use most often.
- Heal - 5 points into CD: To be honest, I really don't see why any full support clerics won't do this. Of course, they probably have their own way to support a party (I know different clerics have different habits), but having a cooldown of 2.1 seconds rather than 3 seconds is the win. I find this very useful when I'm in a party where I'm the only cleric. I sometimes even find that 2.1 seconds is a bit too long when we get mobbed (even when I'm continuously spamming it). But I guess it depends on the party - I often party with at least two or three other people and we go to places that are bit hard for our level, so I guess that's why I find it so useful since I would need to heal more.
- Invincible - 5 points into duration:

That's all I have to say. I feel that those five points are definitely not wasted because a full END tanker believes it's made of win. 8D
I still have 5 points to use up, and like Ivra said, I'm probably going to put it in SP consumption for Restore. I haven't decided yet but that's the only skill I can think of that I want to empower.
Keep in mind I've been playing a full support cleric most of the time - so the above empowerments is used to max out my support abilities. I barely solo at all, which is why I don't empower bash even though I sometimes fight and heal at the same time with a party.

lol.
Clerics tend to get into parties way out of their league, like level 26 at Uruga. Although I never had trouble healing people, there were some tense moments because of heal's cooldown. There's really nothing more to empower after heal SP and bash's attack, so it might be a good idea to invest a few points here.
Also, solo clerics love restore, especially those with an end build. It's like a heal for the lazy man, constantly regaining that 80 hp you lost in the last hit.

- Goes to edit my typo -
26 at Uruga? There's no a way a party can solo there if they're all at level 26. unless it's like, a full END tanker with four clerics healing non stop.
Unless you mean they are getting power levelled.

I accidentally put 2pts on Bash's cooldown instead of increasing it's attack o.O
Am I screwed?

lol wut?
I dunno about the War Mace/Hammer. They both look cool.
Plus, Horseman's Flail looks WAY more badass than Horseman's Hammer, in my oh-so-important opinion.
But seriously, the most important thing is how cool it looks. Because that's really all that matters, amiright? ;D
