Another Scroll production question..

Ok, Im not playing the NA version, rather the gamengame one, so it might just be a bug.

I bought an Mdef Skill scroll, and instead gained the Shield Scroll(It was yellow before then it became blue after buying one). Question is in order to get to power scroll, i still have to buy some other appropriate skill scroll from Ruby?
Or are the top three scroll skills(Those requiring zero ability) are learned automatically?

You'll need to buy the appropriate scrolls from Ruby. When the letters turn blue it means you've learned it and can make the scrolls as long as you have the required materials.
