Are 75 sets worth my money?
I'm 74 right now, and I've been wondering if I should get the Intellect set.
However, I don't wanna just get "any" intellect set, I want one with at least some decent stats. Now, with the economy in Teva, any "decent statted" piece would be priced from at least 4 gold, to perhaps 10 gold depending on the seller. Of course, I ain't gonna spend 10 gold on a piece of thing, probably 5 gold at most.
But, 3 pieces. That's 15 gold. 15 gold!!!!!!!!! I can afford it, but that's a LARGE POTION of my money and...is it worth it?! It's just that I couldn't really find any other decent regular gear either at a good price. Anything "decent" seems to be priced for at least 1 gold (when I shop) or people will price it at 1 gem and say "OFFER!!". Can't be assed to go through all that offer thing, since people don't usually sell until they reckon they're getting the uber best offer. >_>
Is it worth it!! T_T. I'm gonna be levelling slowly, too, if that counts for anything. Sigh~ Halp pls.

The good thing about the set gear is that it's actually like level 80 gear. I mean, my level 55 cleric pants that look like level 48 cleric pants have the same stats as level 68 pants, I think. So you won't have to buy level 80+ gear if you buy level 75 set gear.

Hm, yes, I think what I really wanted to ask would be how long the set would last me till I have to get regular gears again.
I've never looked at the stats myself, actually.. but if your 55 pants had the stats of a 68.. then... o-o
Edit: I just went to compare... the 75 intellect pants have a LITTLE less def/mdef than the 78 pants.. so I doubt it'll match for the 88 pants.. o-o~

That's weird. I'm pretty sure my set stuff has the same stats as level 6x gear. Dunno why it would be different for any other set level.

75 set are the best to get until 95. 75 have the same stats as both 80 green gear and 85 purples. 85 Purples are not worth it since you dont get the +500HP/SP and +5% crit from the 75 purples.
If you can get some with decent stats by either trying to farm them or buying them it would be the best decision.

You can get 2 sets, That will do her effect.
I think if you get 2 sets will be great~
Cause "i think" They have same stats as 8x gears as everyone told before.
Good luck anyway.

Lv 75 purples do not have the same stats as Lv 85 purples. Not only that Lv 85 purples give a bigger def boost when they are +9ed compared to Lv 75 +9s
Lv 85 purple boots do give the 5% critical rate bonus. I know this because I found a couple of Lv 85 purple boots in TR and GHS. My partner is also using the Lv 85 cleric Safe Set so I can confirm Lv 85 boots give the critical bonus.

Personally, I would get them. They are better than any L70 stuff I have seen, and I look at any good weapon or armor as an investment. You are just borrowing it until you get to the next tier. Even if you sell it for what you paid for it, you've had it to enjoy for that amount of time. Just don't break it.....
