Someone called ***** stole my +9 lvl 50 bow and gave it to someone called *****. She told me she sold it to the NPC by accident but the next day i saw it in *****'s sale store. ERGH oh well it doesn't matter i spreaded a roumer about her anyway and now everyone hates her.

Also in helgas tomb when we were rading it the stupid cows kept ksing us. for god sakes. and the lvl 15 mage woman got the last hit on helga and stole the weaps and she quit the next day.

Whoever deals the most damage gets to pick up the weapon, not who gets the last hit.

Also, kind of unlikely that 1) the level 15 mage woman would be able to be in Helga's Tomb and not get killed 2) what Sero said.

Yup, its who did the most damage. Either the rules for Helga are different, they were in a party with the person who did the most damage, or you were taking too long to loot it.
