FalsifiKoRN, I know you are trying to help but there's no reason to charge a new person 500 copper to help them out. They do not even have enough money to start off with. By the time they do get 500 copper, they wouldn't need your help anyway. People can ask for answers via forums or just asking around in game if they have problems.

Sorry FalsifiKoRN, can you please explain a little more clearly?

I have moved this thread because charging a new person 500 copper for a lesson they can easily learn via the help function in game is not sensible. Someone who is completely new to the game would not even know what a copper is, let alone making them pay you that amount.
