learning scroll locations

It would be nice if someone could post the location of the learn scrolls,
I know you can get the majority of these scrolls from roumen and elderine
so I would like it if you'd specify on the rarer of the scrolls


I was wondering where you get this concentration increase learn scroll,
you cant get it in roumen or elderine

I thought I might have had a chance at getting it with some fame points,
but had trouble finding the correct one

Just need to know where I can get this,and to help others any other posts
concerning the locations would be much appreciated

Can't get Concentration learning scrolls anywhere though I've heard that the teir 4 or 5 does drop at higher leveled places.

I have found both tier 2 speed and vitality learning scrolls at the level 20 abyss.

I had a concentration inrease[1]...but the odd thing is I dont remember how I got it, might be a quest or something or other...but when I tried to use it it said I needed a higher skill for this and it just dissapeared afterwards

there is no learning scroll for concentation increase scrolls and does not show up on the scroll skills list, to my knowledge they can be obtained only from quests.

Also there are no learning scrolls for strength and quickness potions same as above and no learning scrolls for t5 decomp although the list of T5 decompable (is that a word? ) items does appear at 100000 decomp points.

T4 stone learning scrolls were implemented in the last download or so they said and they are on the skill list. I have yet to see one.

Another place to get T3 Concentration scrolls is Mini Dragon Hardcore KQ.

I cant remember if Honeying give scrolls too...
