I think capped users or lv 75+ users are just so bored~
They don't really care for the KQ.. Just there as a social gathering.
Its not that bad in Bijou~
We don't have leechers because my guild basically kills phinofly every time we notice a leecher 
Than everyone starts blaming the leechers 
Either way, I think that you need to enforce the law on those slackers!
They're putting a bad reputation on the archers
