production skill reset scroll

Has anyone used this yet? I bought one but don't want it to reset both. It does only one production skill right?

I really don't see the use of it though. Why buy SC when you can get the skill free on an alt.

Honestly ... because I'm lazy, I use my alts don't get me wrong. I would just prefer having my Cleric making what I use the most, Stones and Scrolls. I don't make potions and would rather give all my potion mats to my guildies that make potions. Anyways, I have already bought the Scroll I just want to know it anyone has used it so I don't kill my stone making skill which is right at t3.
