I will not post my opinion of this because really reading from all of these Im kinda either crying inside that ppl are supporting me or the fact that ppl are relating some of these issues to real life or themselves. But hey these are all opinions and like I said ill keep in contact I suppose. This is my first offence and my only one if i get unban. Uchi Itachi accnt has been banned and deleted in the game. Mine has not yet been deleted.

Also Yosei nothing to u but plz stop comparing my actions to what u would do. Cause really everyone is different and this is the first time I cracked when I just wanted to defend my friends. MY FRIENDS come before anything and yes I went over the border line. I am responsible for my mistakes and I know I breached those terms. In all I wont flaming or anything just yet until this is handled maturely by the GM's. Thank you all that have been supporting me.

Also if they banned my accnt. I've been offered free plvls from about every single high lvl person i know. However, I dont intend to come back unless other wise. Though Im thinking of everyones feelings in game, I dont see why I should come back to an account I didnt spend my time in.

I helped the community on lvling, on having fun, showing videos to see what they might expect in the future. Trying to keep this community together and improve it was my greatest goal like Meek I think =P. Of course the action I took didnt help that, my aim is always to meet new ppl, help them, and enjoy the game like I have.

Also, There is no petition yet because I'm letting things play out and waiting for their decision

There have been constant emails to GM's, CSR, and Sking on this issue ( maybe 30+ emails) so im sure there tired of getting them xD.

Anyways Everyone im letting this issue play out. Post ur opinion and what not. Im am not racist to any nationality whatsoever. The SS only shows half of the story and me trash talking but nothing more. But hey it depend on how ppl interpret it. If people are saying things in spanish to me like Stupido or possibly other words * no SS so no proof sorry believe it or not * do you find it fair they dont get punishment the same as others? Anyways thank you everyone for the support and I have no hate toward anyone who approves of me being banned. The punishment is to strict in my opinion or the reason the issue just came up and that this is my first offence.

I shall address this short and to the point, hopefully without bias.

First, the issue of whether he will do "anything mean or hurtful unless you really pissed him off." Well, I shall be critical now. Hate me if you want.

I was dismissed from adminship shortly after the return of Falcomist from GardonOfRecluse, after Shadow_Shot relinquished his mastership of the guild. Yes, I will be bitter and to this day my respect for Falcomist has diminished greatly: I specifically stated that I was taking time off to study for my semester finals. Upon returning in January after my winter break, I was relocated to the rank of "Guard."

This is after 21 of 35 BusouRenkin members had quit the guild. Annie and RokNRolr (known as Rokky) were the only ones left, after Shadow_Shot announced a temporary reprieve from BusouRenkin. I was the Master of BusouRenkin during a time when no one wanted to assume the role.

I fail to see how a month's worth of inactivity merits dismissal. So yes, I shall say it: Falcomist changed. No longer the helpful person he claims to be.

Secondly, that assertion is on the basis of your opinion. Whereas in the real world money may buy you out of everything, it's more difficult to apply that in-game. Consequently, money spent is a failed investment, since the legal binding in which all of us agreed upon was broken. As the terms of service state:

D) You may not use any unlawful, threatening, abusive, obscene, harmful, defamatory, vulgar, harassing, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable language toward any other player, in any language as deemed inappropriate by support personnel. The availability of a profanity/language filter is not to grant permission or license to use such language in any form.

E) You may not threaten, harass, nor cause another player distress or create unwanted attention to other players, as interpreted or determined by Outspark support personnel at their sole and absolute discretion.

F) You may not organize or participate in any player association or group which is based on, or espouses any, racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, or other hatemongering philosophies. You may not organize or participate in any player association which habitually violates the Outspark Terms of Service and/or Game/Forum policies.

G) You may not use any sexually explicit language which is graphic, inappropriate, or depicts sexual acts including, but not limited to, sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by Outspark support personnel.

Infringement results in action at the discretion of Outspark personnel. Whereas I feel the punishment is rather harsh, it appears Outspark is setting an example, as others have stated, in order to dissuade racism. Tolerance of racism, as stated before, results in decreased IGN and GameSpot ratings and consequently results in a reduced consumer base. They can't allow it.

Why do u think I knew if u were off a month break or not? no one told me about any of that. How can I keep you in guild if I didnt know anything in the beginning. Further more u never contacted me about the concern and none of the guildmates had told me either.

On a side note your already addressing the fact that I breached those terms and that I already know I have and Im ready for a punishment, however people feel the punishment is too harsh and that includes me. You have no respect for me? I'm sure I've helped you more then once and Im sure that I didnt know you were out for a month studying. If I had did then I would still leave u in the guild even today. I also always respect you but I dont see why you dont even confront me till now.

Now im going off topic. Anyways If people think I have changed then so be it.

A comment about the high lvl shouldn't be banned part. Its not the fact that higher level have a higher chance of not being banned, but the fact that people are upset because they found out I was banned. I dont have any special privledges.

I accept responsibility if the issue was never presented before you. However, I contacted Rokky, Shadow_Shot, and Angeloslite, requesting that my message be relayed and inquiring as to why Yuianne and I were dismissed. As the message never reached you, I am at fault.

However, a prelude to our dismissal was that certain members were complaining about inactivity of the admins. Well, the reason I feel my respect has diminished is because of the fact that Meek, Shadow_Shot, Kimahri, Annie, Angeloslite, and you were relatively inactive along with Yuianne and I. To this day, it appears as though I was what Outspark did to you and Uchiha_Itachi - setting an example. It is not a perfect analogy; but it serves its purpose.

I am well aware as to you have helped me before, and for that I am grateful. The old adage is "Don't cry over spilled milk." Well, no use crying about it now; I wanted to tie up some loose ends before either you or I left this game. With that, I am sorry to see you go, despite the turbulence that has occurred.

it's just unfortunate that instances like this happen, I didn't see anything bad but then again i'm not as touchy about it because it happens and I've seen people make remarks like that IRL from people that I wouldave never expected when the right provication is applied, myself regretfully included.

Sometimes the best of people say the worst of things for the best of reasons, it's a screwy black white black grey world with many reasons for many actions bot good and bad. We can just hope for the best, but in the outcome of this decision and the future management of the game.
