KQ: The list of pwnt.

I don't know what inspired me the most, a conversation with chinh, or the lack of activity the forum's having right now. Probably a mix of both. Anyway, feel free to RANT ABOUT YOUR BAD KQ experience here, and possibly get someone on the list of pwnt. The list of pwnt exists so FF users know what kind of person they may be dealing with in their KQ's, and their gaming experience all-round.

We've all come across the asshole in the KQ's. They're there at least every fifth KQ. I don't know why, but these guys seem to have "hate me" signed all over their foreheads. They'll either be unsupportive, screw up everyone's morale, or do things you really wish they didn't. They're assholes, that's their excuse, that's their way of life.

So what the hell am I doing? I've decidedly compiled a list of people who are either assholes in KQ's, or were somehow responsible for ruining them. And no, I am not including people who were inadequate levels into the list. Actually, for clarity's sake, here's a list of valid reasons for people being on the list. You'll need at least two good ticks (valid reasons) along with your anecdote (bad experience) before you can get anyone on board this VIP list. Alternatively, you may have only one reason, but if enough people have mentioned the same person, the person will be placed on the list of pwnt.

Valid reasons for gettin' on the list of pwnt:

- They're assholes. Talking to them makes you wonder what's happened to society.
- They're idiots. Talking to them makes you feel like you've lost at least 50 IQ. Don't bother trying to communicate, they'll only respond in gibberish or letters that aren't registered on your keyboard.
- They believe the world revolves around them. "REVIVE ME PL0X, I'M [strikeout]INTEGRAL TO THIS KQ'S SUCCESS[/strikeout] in denial." We've come across the people who worry about themselves more than anything. Trust me, they've costed people their KQ's. When these people nag a cleric enough to pull them away from healing the tank during a boss fight, you'll want to hit them brutally with a PCP pipe.
- They ran into that mob when you asked them not to. Then they did it again for kicks. And then again. I'm tempted to treat this as idiocy, but I figured that was too broad a topic. So I'm going break it all down. Whenever a person dies unnecessarily, so does a small percentage of your success chances. Sadly, if too many people were to die of idiocy, the KQ would fall with them.

People currently on the list of pwnt:

xXholyswordXx - No comment.
bruceguy - Be careful of this guy. He's the arrogant type in KQ's, and plays dirty in general. He'll spawn kill you in Guildwars, and harass you when you're grinding. Don't provoke him and he shouldn't be a problem.
17_APPLE - One of the more frustrating people in KQ's. Speaks in an ill mannered way and will refuse to listen to you. Will call you "menu". I don't know why, perhaps he plans to eat you or something.

Well, if you've got any questions or comments about this new project, be sure to post about it in a polite manner. By the way, I need more reasons to add to the list, right now I'm not exactly the most inspired forumer.

In my experience, xXholyswordXx has been fairly good. Yes, I know about that guild stuff, but I don't think it's fair to judge him based on what one person says. And since this is referring to kingdom quests - as I said, in my experience he's been fairly good at them.

Anyway, I suppose this could be useful. I suggest adding a list of 'pwners' or some such? Basically the excellent people to look out for, who are great at team-work and completing objectives and what not. For that, I would nominate FairFrozen to start off with.

ya know that last mara KQ i complained about in the otehr thread? i mentioned something about somebody pulling the first mara and marlone at the same time and getting people killed right?

well here's what happened. we got up there and we pulled the elites and fighters and killed them, people were resting etc. and we were getting ready to get either the marlone or mara oh and we still had to pick a tank. then schnelle ran and agroed bother marlone and mara <_<. he got people killed. wanna know what really makes me want to mention him? he then pulled mara and ran right to everybody (except me, i've learned not to stand near crowds in mara). then when they finally decided that i would be the tank and i was tanking mara he kept trying to fight mara and kept getting hit causing one of the clerics to start healing him <_< (this is when i started using a ton of stones). we told them not to res him and he eventually died out of the KQ.

cpcraft and r4binHood are the worst players i meet in the game they did everything starting whit dyng for no reason,spamming ''rez'' each 4-5 min...luring mara to the crowds,killing everyones.

While I'd love to create a more positive list of people, it's somewhat impractical. I find that while some people are great at KQ's, they're assholes in-game. This list, though labeled with KQ, is also designed for people who have no in-game etiquette. It'll act as a 'reference' list I suppose for these forumers to look to whenever the need arises.

While I'm glad there's somewhat positive feedback on this thread, I really need more detail guys. If you'd all like I can make a template nomination sheet, which you'd copy and simply fill in the fields of. Give me some feedback on this idea.
