As for walking/running there you're supposed to be able to get there from collapsed prison but the portal doesn't seem to have been added to our version yet.

I found a few Uruga scrolls in a chest and explored the Elven Forest place that connects to it. I tried to get in the Land of Trials but it has a 60-70 level limit.
