Vending Rosemary *sigh*

Although I lack screenshots to better describe my situation, I will explain it as clearly as I can. So I've been on BK hella recently trying to get my 5th gold. I vend Rosemary like its nobody's business by the way. In fact, I sell it so much that some higher level players peruse through Elderine just to see if I'm selling any. Well, about last week, I met this dude in Uruga. Said his name was Sanu or whatever. Dude wants me to help him get mushies, so in exchange for my services he would promise to give me a 5th of his product for every stack he got, and help me farm my much needed 500+ pieces of Rosemary so that I may reach my goal(for now lol). In the end, I get about 4 stacks of high qual. dangerous mushies, so we make our way back to MT and begin the cultivation of MY product. Well, we get to about 440 pieces, and he has to go. So that's fine. For HIS help, I give him 200 pieces of the Rosemary since I remembered I had some in storage as per the material farming on my alt. mage

Oh, and here are my figures : I sell Rosemary at the cheap market price of 2s a piece. 100s by each stack of 50, would be 500s, then by the rows I have in my merch, 2, this is doubled. I can output 500 pieces of rosemary total, and rake in a maximum of 1g each day, although this is exceedingly tough and I hardly make this quota everyday. I can do this maybe twice a week though

Ok, so back to the story: THE GUY SCREWS ME OVER BIG TIME!
Here's how:

1) He relogs and buys my Rosemary. I had a total of 7 stacks, 350 pieces.
2) He also buys my mushies. I had 3 stacks of those, or 150 pieces.
3) He takes MY product, and then sells them for *gasp*:
Each piece of Rosemary for 500 copper!
Each piece of Mushroom for 800 copper! >

I know now that his intentions weren't fundamentally monetary. He'd make 4x LESS than what I'd make if it were sold at the price I set( I forgot to mention that he has around 14+ gold). Therefore, by explicitly selling the product at a lower price, he garnered the attention of my customers, and now I have none. Since Rosemary is supposedly used in scroll making or pot making(one of these), he messed up the market price for quite awhile. So I'm like hella steamed offa this. How am I supposed to make a living now that mr. suck-ums wants to purposely lower the market price and scoop up my clientèle?

This sounds like a good suggestion. People do this all the time anyway...even outside Fiesta...

I say go with what Loveless said. Buy him out and set up shop at your price and since his shop is now empty they would have to buy from yours.

Well, business is dirty XD. Do what Loveless said. He did something that got him a loss and he gets the "satisfaction" of having taken away your customers (sadist). But what he did isn't exactly against the rules or anything so I'm afraid you can't do anything against him.
