Outspark's Customer service...

I submitted a ticket about 2 days ago, explaining to Outspark that "After the recent patch which was supposed to have increased the maximum number of HP and SP stones, the maximum number of SP stones I could carry has decreased instead. I used to be able to carry 37, and now I can only carry 35". (I still had 37, its just that when I go to the stone seller it says "maximum: 35".) And so, I recieved a reply.

Thank you for contacting Outspark.com support. I sincerely apologize for the issue you have had with your HP/SP carrying capacity. I have carefully looked into your account and according to our records, you have 44 HP and 37 SP. Did you happen to use two stones becasue our records show that you have 37 SP? If you have any further issues please feel free to contact us again. We appreciate your feedback and support during our BETA period. We are working hard to make www.Outspark.com the best internet gaming site ever!

outspark are probably scamming people, after Beta is no more, character wipe comes, everything that's CS is gone too, so to me in my opinion, outspark are scamming people.
And outspark would probably reply some s..*censored* that's pretty much the same thing since they are so dumb

So it looks like in the ticket....all they did was tell you what your problem was? That they looked at your account and it appeared to them in their records that you did have 37 SP stones?

The GM's keep saying that they're not responsible for account stuff and
refer you to a CSR for technical difficulties and patch problems.

Here's something else for you. I asked about the bugged Hunter's War Rant. It's been past two days with no reply... and I am in the same time zone as them so there's no excuse. Then later I see that they have taken it off their "Known Issues" sub-forums BUT they failed to let everyone else know of the status. Officially, was it fixed or not? I forgot who but one of the staff replies to a thread and says there wasn't a problem to begin with...?

If it was only one person with the complaint then we can dismiss it as them having bad luck. But so many people ran into this problem and yet they do not do anything about it nor say anything official about this.
