I was browsing through some shops, looking for a greeny for my Fighter, when I spotted this nice little necklace...

I know it's pretty damn good but is it worth 2.2G? Not sure... never seen this neck. before, I think it's new.

Discuss...

i think normally that necklace is being sold for 1~1.5g?!

Coz the Legendary Tree is hard to kill... i think.. i remember ppl getting two parties together to kill it.. but i cant remember if that was when we had the old lvl 59 cap....

but yeah i may as well get a +9 armour with 2.2g

I don't get how _____, ____, and ____ can "control" the economy like that.

Of course, I've never played on Teva in my life but... do they just farm/grind the crap out of stuff? Buy stuff off other people and sell it higher? Are they even working together? @.@

Yes, they buy ALL the rare items, then sell them for 4 times the price.

Look in the Teva Marketplace on the main forum, and it should be obvious enough who.

And there are economic wanna-be controllers, but I don't think they're as serious as hyperswoss put them as.

They are. I saw one of them selling one of those for +8g. The thing is, people actually buy from them at that price.

I don't think that's from the Legendary Tree, Hessah... it's the Elderine Necklace. >P

Even with that necklace on you're not guaranteed to be immune to those stat effects. I'd rather have a Mage or Cleric cure/dispell it.
