Party member health bar not functioning

Last night I was playing with a party of 3 and healing. We got mobbed and the Mage that was taking the force of the battle almost dies so I used Invincibility and use Restore on her. She stops taking damage, I start healing the others and didn't notice The mages health bar ceases to move after Restore, so I figure she's not the target anymore and start healing others. Well the Mage dies, And I'm like WTF!? Her health bar still shows 97% healed! How the hell did that happen? In my frustration of her dieing It becomes grimm another cleric dies and on and on. If it Hadn't been for another highlvl Cleric in another pty rezing one cleric who rezed me we could have all died. No one warped but still I fell as if I let my guard down and peeps I care about died.

All I know is it happened right after I used Invincibility then Restore. Any ideas?

Btw I searched the threads and couldn't find a match. Hope I'm not the only one.

I'm not sure if it i sthe coalation of using Invinc, then restore. I run into this problem sometimes when I am partied with others and it seems to be a party bug. I will die and my cleric is saying that my health bar is full. When this happens, I Find that if we disban and form the party again, the bug is gone.

Party bug, just rejoin the party.

Yeah it's a random bug that happens to me a lot too. Not sure why, it's a bit like how someone in your party isn't getting your buffs. But yeah, like Spirit said, I usually make those people rejoin or remake party to fix it up.

There are 3 ways to tell if you get the party bug

1.the xp you get from the same mobs will either dramatically increase or decrease. This is because though someone is in the party, the game doesn't recognize them as being such and so distributes xp according to who does more damage. DD's get more, Clerics much less.

2. Cleric-given party-buffs will dissapear from bugged party-members. If the Cleric him/herself is bugged, the buffs will dissapear from everyone but the Cleric. If there are 2 Clerics in a party and only one of them gets bugged it's harder to tell.

3. You are a non-Cleric in a party and you don't get healed when you are attacked. The bug affects the party tab so that it perma-displays your HP at the instant you get the bug. If the Cleric in your party is a diligent one but suddenly starts failing to notice your plummeting HP, it might be because of the party bug. To everyone else in your party (and most importantly to the Cleric) your HP isn't changing at all.


Personally, I feel this is one of the nastier bugs though one of the more easily fixable. Just have the affected member quit and re-join the party. Just be conscious of everyone's HP and be aware of who tends to attract threat, when the Tank's deva wears off, what combination of Deva, Mock and Snearing Kick the tank tends to use, when exactly they tend to aggro-shift, and you'll be fine.

Just the random party bug - happens to a good bit and I don't think it's related to the invincible/restore since I don't really cast invincible too often.
